A Marxist's
thought is based on the
science of logic called dialectics. Dialectics is the method
of reasoning which aims to
understand
things correctly by examining the
interconnection between
opposite and
contradictory facets. For
dialectics the truth is the
whole picture, of which each view is a more or less
one-sided, partial aspect.

conceptual dialectics are the basis of the
Talmud it is easy to
understand how Karl
Heinrich Marx came up with the idea.

Russian revolutionAccording
to the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia the
Khazar chieftain
Bulan was the ruler that decided the
Khazars would convert to
Talmudism.

sent for by Khakan Obadiah were indoctrinated in and were
zealots for the
Babylonian Talmud.

"Not merely educated by the
Talmud but actually living the
life of its Babylonian background, which they may have
regarded with increased devotion because most of the Jews of Mesopotamia had
embraced Islam, the rabbi-governed
Khazars had no intention whatever of
losing their identity by becoming Russianized or
Christian. The
intransigent attitude of the rabbis was increased by their realization that
their power would be lost if their people accepted controls other than
Talmudic. The rabbinical
controls used by the rabbis were responsible not only for basic mores, but
for such externals as the peculiarities of dress and hair - specifically
Khazar

social culture was to remain physically
separated from the

by writers on the subject that the "ghetto" was the work not of Russians or

Khazar people of mixed non-Russian
stock, who hated the Russians and lived under
Babylonian Talmudic law, became
known in the western world, from their place of residence and their
legal-religious code, as Russian
Jews.
Jewish scholar and
philosopher Moses Mendelssohn believed the
barrier between Khazar and
gentile was that the "Khazars had erected about themselves a
mental ghetto." Moses Mendelssohn's objective was to lead the
Khazars "out of this mental ghetto
into the wide world of general culture
without doing harm to their specifically Khazar culture." By rejecting the rabbinical doctrine
of separation Moses Mendelssohn was attempting
the impossible - integrating the Talmudists with a
Christian
social culture based on
natural
empathtic
understanding and
cooperation.
Moses
Mendelssohn's movement received the name Haskalah which
translates as "enlightenment."
Isaac Baer
Levinsohn became the "Russian Mendelssohn" taking up the
idea of Haskalah.
Czar Nicholas I
took an immediate interest in the movement endorsed by the highly respected
Levinsohn, for he saw in "Haskalah" an opportunity for possibly breaking down
the separatism of the Khazar
Talmudists.
Nicholas I
put Dr. Max Lilienthal in charge of the project of opening hundreds of secular
Khazar schools.
Russian
Khazars were devoid of all secular
learning, steeped in Yiddish
fanaticism, given to Kabbalistic
superstitious practices and the
oligarchy of rabbis had no notion of tolerating a project which would lessen or
destroy their positions of
social control and power. The rabbis held all the authority as the
religion of the Talmud had in
effect evolved from
a code of conduct to a
code of prescriptive laws to be
adhered to when taking any action. These Yiddish rabbi's comprehended that the new
education was designed to lessen the authority of
Talmud and the rabbis iron grip ,
which was the cause, as the Russians saw it, "of the
fanaticism and
corrupt
morals of the
Jews."
When
Alexander II assumed
the throne he decided to try a new way
of winning the Ashkenazi
Khazar
Talmudist minority to willing
citizenship in Russia. Czar Alexander II
granted his people, including the Ashkenazi
Khazar
Talmudists, so many liberties
that he was called the "Czar Liberator."

II ordered a wholesale relaxation of oppressive and restraining
regulations and Ashkenazi

Educated, and free at last to organize nationally, the
Ashkenazi
Khazar
Talmudists in Russia became not
merely an indigestible mass in the body politic, the characteristic "state within a
state," but a formidable anti-Christian government force. With non-Jews of
nihilistic or other radical tendencies - the inaptly named Russian
"intelligentsia" - they sought in the first instance to further their aims by
assassinations.

to abate the hostility of the "terrorists" by granting more and more
concessions, but on the day the last concessions were announced

Political Party of Labor Workers, was founded in 1897. The
ideology of

unite the Ashkenazi communities
within the huge Russian Empire into one political party -

from the Pale of Settlement called for the abolition of discrimination against
Ashkenazi
Khazar and the reconstitution of
Russia along federal lines. In 1905
the Bund launched
the Red Rebellion with Ashkenazi
Khazar's involved from rabbi

The 1905
Revolution in Russia was led by Sidney Hillman (Schmoul Gilsman)
educated as a rabbi and Leon Trotsky
(Leiba Davidovitch Bronstein). When the
revolution was
lost communist revolutionists
destroyed and sabotaged the Russian oil
wells and refineries which handicapped Czarist Russia in
World War I.
{Alfonse de Rothschild was heavily invested in Russian oil at least
forty years before William Knox D'Arcy began tying up Persian oil concessions
for the British. Russian oil, which in the 1860s was already emerging as the
European rival to the American monopoly Standard Oil, was Alfonse de
Rothschild's pet project. In the 1870s, John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil
Empire had a virtual monopoly over the United States, and even many foreign
countries. Also in the 1870s, Russia's oil fields, including those in Baku,
were challenging Standard Oil's supremacy in Europe. In the early 1880s, almost
two hundred Rothschild refineries were at work in Baku, Russia's oil rich
region. By 1895 the Rothschilds had become Europe's leading producer and
distributor of oil surpassing and eclipsing Standard Oil. By the early 1900s,
the Rothchilds were the primary oil interests in Russia, second in the world
only to the Rockefellers. In 1906, John D. Rockefeller stepped in to aid
Czarist Russia, and offered $200,000,000, or 400,000,000 rubles for a
concession for railroads from Tashkend to Tomsk and from Tehita to Polamoshna
and a grant of land on both sides of the prospective lines. The Russian
government refused to allow the Rockefellers into the Russian oil business
giving the Rockefellers plenty of reason later to help finance the Bolshevik
Revolution.}

Alexander Fyodorovich Kerensky kept the war
going against Germany and the other central powers, but he issued a general
amnesty for communists and other
revolutionaries,
many of whom had been exiled after the abortive Red
Revolution of 1905.

returned to Russia and Alexander Fyodorovich Kerensky's own government's doom
was sealed.
Lenin,
born Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, was in Switzerland
and had been in Western Europe since 1905 when he was exiled for trying to
topple the Czar in the abortive communist
revolution of
that year.
Leon Trotsky, born Lev Davidovich
Bronstein, also was in exile writing for a communist
newspaper on the lower east side
of New York City.
"The Russian Revolutionary Party of America has
evidently resumed its activities. As a consequence of it, momentous
developments are expected to follow. The first confidential meeting which
marked the beginning of a new era of violence
took place on Monday evening, February 14th, 1916, in the East Side of New York
City. It was attended by sixty-two delegates, fifty of whom were 'veterans' of
the revolution of 1905, the rest being newly
admitted members. Among the delegates were a large percentage of Jews, most of
them belonging to the intellectual class, as doctors, publicists, etc., but
also some professional revolutionists...The proceedings of this first
meeting were almost entirely devoted to the discussion of finding ways and
means to start a great revolution in Russia as the 'most favorable moment for
it is close at hand.' It was revealed that secret reports had just reached the
party from Russia, describing the situation as very favorable, when all
arrangements for an immediate outbreak were completed. The only serious problem
was the financial question, but whenever this was raised, the assembly was
immediately assured by some of the members that this question did not need to
cause any embarrassment as ample funds, if necessary, would be furnished by
persons in sympathy with the
movement of liberating the people of Russia. In this
connection the name of
Jacob Hirsch Schiff was

William B. Thompson of the New York Fed made a personal
contribution of $1,000,000 to the Bolsheviki. The National City Bank branch in
Petrograd was exempted from the Bolshevik nationalization decree - the only
Russian bank to have been so exempted.
The American International
Corporation (AIC), was created in 1915 to promote the interests of American and
foreign bankers. Controlled by Morgan, Stillman and Rockefeller interests, and
its directors were affiliated with National City Bank (Rockefeller), the
Carnegie Foundation, General Electric, the DuPont family, New York Life
Insurance, American Bankers Association and the Federal Reserve Bank of New
York. Members of its board financially supported the Bolsheviks and urged the
US State Department to recognize the Bolshevik government.
On September
21, 1916 Max Warburg of Hamburg opened by cable an account at (Rothschilds) Nya
Banken in Stockholm, Sweden for Leiba Davidovitch Bronstein aka Leon
Trotsky.
"The full history of the interlocking participation of the
Imperial German Government and international finance in the destruction of the
Russian Empire is not yet written. It is not a mere coincidence that at the
notorious meeting held at Stockholm in 1916, between the former Russian
Minister of the Interior, Protopopoff, and the German Agents, the German
Foreign Office was represented by Mr. Warburg, whose two brothers were members
of the international banking firm, Kuhn, Loeb and Company, of which the late

Europe-at-war on the famous "sealed train," safe passage arranged by German
high command. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov took with him $5 to $6 million in gold

In Vladimir Ilyich
Ulyanov's (Lenin) sealed train, "Out of a
list of 165 names published, 23 are Russian, 3 Georgian, 4 Armenian, 1 German,
and 128 Jewish. At about the same time, Lev Davidovich Bronstein arrived from
the United States, followed by over 300 Jews from the East End of New York and
joined up with the Bolshevik

Bolsheviks (or "the Majority") were
an organization of professional revolutionaries under a strict internal
hierarchy governed by the principle of democratic centralism and quasi-military
discipline, who considered themselves as a vanguard of the revolutionary
proletariat. (Professional revolutionaries must have financial

The
Bolshevik Communists came to
power by seizing a mere handful of key cities. Practically the whole
Bolshevik Revolution, the October
Revolution, took place in one city - Petrograd on October 25, 1917

and his family were murdered by members of the Red Guard early on the morning
of July 17, 1918.

melted down and stamped with the Swedish mint, funneled through the Federal
Reserve Bank of New York and into Kuhn, Loeb & Company and Guaranty Trust
Company (Morgan), two of the primary banking interests behind the creation of
the Federal Reserve System. American firms aided in the industrialization of
the USSR, including Ford, General Electric, DuPont, Standard Oil, General
Electric, General Motors, International Harvester, and Caterpillar Tractor. The
US Shipping Board sold the Bolsheviks a fleet of 25 cargo
steamers. General Electric received $100,000,000 from the Soviet Union to build
the four largest hydroelectric generators in the world.

and divorced from their minds all spiritual hopes of the next world. This
movement among the Jews is not new. From
the days of Spartacus-Weishaupt to those of Karl Marx, and down to Trotsky
(Russia), Béla
Kún (Hungary), Rosa Luxembourg (Germany), and Emma Goldman (United
States), this world-wide conspiracy for the
overthrow of civilization and for the reconstitution of society on the
basis of arrested development, of envious malevolence, and impossible equality,
has been steadily growing. ... The fact that in many cases Jewish interests and
Jewish places of worship are excepted by the Bolsheviks from their universal
hostility has tended more and more to associate the Jewish race in Russia with

The Council on
Foreign Relations was founded in 1921 by New York lawyers and financiers
with the help of "The Inquiry" - a group of carfully selected academics
reporting to Col. Edward M. House.
"The Council on
Foreign Relations took control of the ideological foundations of empire
encompassing the corporate, banking, political, foreign policy, military,
media, and academic elite of the nation into a generally cohesive overall world
view. By altering one's ideology to that of promoting such an internationalist
agenda, the big money that was behind it would ensure one's rise through
government, industry, academia and media. While other major think tanks and
policy institutions in the United States are also represented at the CFR they
are constitutive of divisions within the elite. These divisions are predicated
on the basis of how to use American imperial power, where to use it, on what
basis to justify it, and other various methodological differences. The divide
amongst elites was never on the questions of: should we use American imperial
power, why has America become an Empire, or should there even be an
empire?
The CFR effectively undertook a policy coup d'état over
American foreign policy with the World War II. When war broke out, the Council
began a "strictly confidential" project called the War and Peace Studies, in
which top CFR members collaborated with the US State Department in determining
US policy, and the project was entirely financed by the Rockefeller Foundation.
(The Rockefeller Foundation was pivotal in not only funding the racist and
elitist eugenics movement in the United States, but played a pivotal part in
bringing the eugenics ideology to Nazi Germany, facilitating the beliefs that
brought about the Holocaust.)
The policy of "containment" towards the
Soviet Union that would define American foreign policy for nearly half a
century was envisaged in a 1947 edition of Foreign Affairs, the academic
journal of the Council on Foreign Relations. So too were the ideological
foundations for the Marshall Plan and NATO envisaged at the Council on Foreign
Relations, with members of the Council recruited to enact, implement and lead
these institutions. The Council also played a role in the establishment and
promotion of the United Nations, which was subsequently built on land bought

journal 'Opinion' stated that Jews
occupied almost all important ambassadorial posts and that in White Russia 61
percent of all officials were Jews; it also
stated that the Jewish percentage of the
population (then given as 158,400,000) was "less than 2 percent". If this was
true it meant that Russia at that time contained less than 3,000,000
Jews. In 1933 the 'Jewish Chronicle'
stated that one-third of the Jews in Russia
had become officials.

Mr. Herlong: Mr. Speaker, Mrs. Patricia
Nordman of De Land. Fla., is an ardent and articulate opponent of communism,
and until recently published the De Land Courier, which she dedicated to the
purpose of alerting the public to the dangers of communism in America. At Mrs.
Nordman's request, I include in the Record, under unanimous consent, the
following 'Current Communist Goals' which she identifies as an excerpt from
'The Naked Communist,' by Cleon Skousen:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS:
1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic
war.
2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic
war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the United States
would be a demonstration of moral strength.
4. Permit free trade between
all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or
not items could be used for war.
5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia
and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of
Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red
China to the U.N.
8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states.
9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States
has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10.
Allow all soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.
11.
Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten,
demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent
armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as
easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each
other.)
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do
away with all loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S.
Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both
of the political parties in the United States.
16.
Use technical decisions of the
courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities
violate civil rights.
17. Get
control of schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current
Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers,
associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all
student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against
programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate
the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing,
policymaking positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and
motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading
all forms of artistic expression.
23. Control art critics and directors of
art museums to promote ugliness,repulsive, meaningless art.
24.
Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling
them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
25.
Break down cultural standards of morality by
promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio
and TV.
26. Present
homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity, as "normal, natural, healthy."
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace repealed
religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for
intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
28.
Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the
ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate,
old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation
between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American Founding
Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common
man."
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the
teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the
"big picture." Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took
over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over
any part of the culture-education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental
health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere
with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House
Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle
the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate
and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest
from the police to social agencies. Treat
all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists
can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and
use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who
oppose Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution.
Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise
children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices,
mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate
aspects of the American tradition: that students and special interest groups
should rise up and use united force to solve economic, political or social
problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations
are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama
Canal.

Rathenau was the son of Emil Rathenau, a prominent Askenazi businessman and
founder of the Allgemeine Elektrizitäts-Gesellschaft (AEG). Walther
Rathenau held senior posts in the Raw Materials Department of the War Ministry
and became chairman of AEG upon his father's death in 1915. Walther Rathenau
played a leading role in putting Germany's economy on a war footing. After
World War I in 1921Walther Rathenau was appointed Minister of Reconstruction
and in 1922 he became Foreign Minister under the Weimar Republic.

In the German Marxist Revolutions of 1918, the
Ashkenazi were the directors and
strategists; the Soviet Republic of Munich was led by the
Ashkenazi's Liebknecht,
Luxembourg and Eisner; the German Cabinet was dominated by the
Ashkenazi Haase and Landsberg,
assisted by the Ashkenazi
Kautski, Alzech, Kohn and Hertzfeld, with the
Ashkenazi Schiffer and Bernstein
in charge of Finance, and the Ashkenazi Preuss and Freund
occupying the Secretariat of the Interior. In Prussia, the Ministry of Justice
was all Ashkenazi, headed by
Rosenfeld; the Interior and Finance Ministries were held respectively by the
Ashkenazi Hirsch and Simm. In
Saxony, the leading lights of the Government were the
Ashkenazi Lipinski and Schwartz;
in Wurttemberg, the Ashkenazi

Ashkenazi Kurt Eisner boasted
that he and ten other Ashkenazi
had made the revolution; Lowenberg, Rosenfeld, Wollheim, Rothschild, Arnold,
Kranold, Rosenhek, Birenbaum, Reis and Kaiser. The chiefs of Police of Berlin,
Frankfort, Munich and Essen, and the heads of most of the Soldiers' and
Workmen's Councils were Ashkenazi.

1918, while working at the Jewish division of the German Foreign Ministry,
Nahum Goldmann attempted to enlist Kaiser Wilhelm's support for the
Zionist
ideal. In 1922 Nahum Goldmann founded the
Eschkol-Publikations-Gesellschaft (Eschkol Publication Society),
and was involved in publishing a Zionist periodical. In 1929 Nahum
Goldmann started the Encyclopædia Judaica and published twelve

After Hitler threw the Ashkenazi
Jews out of government positions Stalin began removing Ashkenazi Jews from
government positions of power. Those Ashkenazi Jews that had been removed from
power migrated to Palestine where they planned the founding of the state of
Israel and to America where they went to work in the FDR administration
spearheading their socialist agenda and laying the foundations for World War II
in retribution for their expulsion from power in Russia and
Germany.

"Hitler was enormously popular with his own people because he
rescued Germany from the throes of a worldwide depression and he did it through
a plan of public works paid for with currency generated by the government
itself. Projects were first earmarked for funding, including flood control,
repair of public buildings and private residences, and construction of new
buildings, roads, bridges, canals, and port facilities. The projected cost of
the various programs was fixed at one billion units of the national currency.
One billion non-inflationary bills of exchange called Labor Treasury
Certificates were then issued against this cost. Millions of people were put to
work on these projects, and the workers were paid with the Treasury
Certificates. The workers then spent the certificates on goods and services,
creating more jobs for more people. These certificates were not actually
debt-free but were issued as bonds, and the government paid interest on them to
the bearers. But the certificates circulated as money and were renewable
indefinitely, making them a de facto currency; and they avoided the need to
borrow from international lenders or
to pay off
international debts. The Treasury Certificates did not trade on foreign
currency markets, so they were beyond the reach of the currency speculators.
They could not be sold short because there was no one to sell them to, so they
retained their value.
Within two years, Germany's unemployment problem
had been solved and the country was back on its feet. It had a solid, stable
currency, and no inflation, at a time when millions of people in the United
States and other Western countries were still out of work and living on
welfare. Germany even managed to restore foreign trade, although it was denied
foreign credit and was faced with an economic boycott abroad. It did this by
using a barter system: equipment and commodities were exchanged directly with
other countries, circumventing the international banks. This
system of direct exchange occurred without
debt and without
trade deficits. Although Germany's economic experiment was short-lived, it left
some lasting monuments to its success,
including the famous Autobahn, the world's first extensive superhighway." -

Once Adolf Hitler said goodbye to the
syndicate of the soulless -
much as Abraham Lincoln
did - Germany prospered! The syndicate of the soulless did
not put up with the abandonment of
it's supreme right to
control all financial activity on earth through it's member central banks

In May 1933, just after the Hitler
regime was consolidated, an agreement was reached in Berlin for the
coordination of all Nazi commerce with the U.S.A. The Harriman International
Co., led by Averell Harriman's first cousin Oliver, was to head a syndicate
of 150 firms and individuals, to conduct all exports from Nazi Germany to
the United States. This pact had been negotiated in Berlin between Hitler's
economics minister, Hjalmar Schacht, and John Foster Dulles, international
attorney for dozens of Nazi enterprises, with the counsel of Max Warburg and
Kurt von Schroeder.

Samuel
Untermyer described the Ashkenazi
boycott as nothing less than a "holy war." A pact between Germany and the
Zionists was made in which
Ashkenazi leaving Germany could
take their belongings. The Zionists
inflamed tension between lower class Ashkenazi and the Germans hoping
turbulence would lead to the Ashkenazi emigrating to Palestine.
The collaboration took place at a time when many
Ashkenazi and
Ashkenazi organizations demanded
a boycott of Germany.

Part of the plan was to make the
Ashkenazi - with the cooperation
with German National Socialism(Nazi) - as uncomfortable as possible. The
Transfer Agreement mandated that Ashkenazi capital could only to go
Palestine and that each immigrant pay 1,000 pounds sterling upon arrival in

deliberately provoking anti Ashkenazi uprisings.

role in the establishment of the Mekorot Water Company,

{Kazimierz (Latin: Casimiria; Yiddish Kuzmir) is a
historical district of Kraków (Poland), best known for being home to a
Jewish community from the 14th century until the Second World War. Jews had
played an important role in the Kraków region economy since the end
thirteenth century. The Jewish community in Kraków had lived undisturbed
alongside their Christian neighbours under the protective King Kazimierz III.
Poland's nobility, unlike France's aristocracy, was not a rigidly exclusive,
closed class. Many low-born individuals, including townsfolk, peasants and
Jews, could and did rise in Polish society. Szlachta, as the Commonwealth
itself, was extremely tolerant of other religions. There were almost no

Polish gentry.
Ukrainian Cossacks revolted against the Polish szlachta
who had attempted to force Cossacks into submissions as peasants. The
Khmelnytsky Uprising (also Khmel'nyts'kyi/Chmielnicki Uprising or
Khmelnytsky/Chmielnicki Rebellion) refers to a rebellion or war of liberation
in the lands of present-day Ukraine which raged from 1648-1654. Cossacks allied
with Crimean Tatars, along with the local Ukraine peasantry, fought several
battles against the armies and szlachtian disorganised militia of the
Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and eradicated the control of the Polish
szlachta, Roman Catholic priests and their Jewish intermediaries. The Uprising
started as the rebellion of the Cossack estate, but as other Orthodox Christian
classes (peasants, burghers, petty nobility) of the Ukrainian palatinates
joined them, the ultimate aim became a creation of an autonomous Ukrainian
state. The Uprising succeeded in ending the Polish Commonwealth's influence
over Cossack lands, but effectively transferred those territories from the
Polish to the Russian sphere of influence. }
