THE ARCHITECT WHO IS HE AND WHY
He is a relentless observer.
He is always active and effective in the
investigation of Nature.
Intimacy with Nature is the great friendship.
He sees ideas
as also manifest actions of Nature.
It is the poet in him that is the
great quality in him.
The profound naturalness of his own
being is the
essential condition of a great architect
.
Organic architecture is
therefore the growth in space of an
idea - a state of
mind proceeding by the
natural
science of
structure in the use of
materials to the splendid,
appropriate art of FORM: form
true to
purpose.
Furthermore it is the art of building
wherein aesthetic and construction not
only approve but prove each other.
In organic sense such building is an
entity of the human
spirit, as that of any
tree or
flower is of the ground.
A
natural,
human
circumstance - possible
only to the complete architect.
He is master of the
elements: earth, air,
fire, light, and water.
Space,
motion, and gravitation are his
palette: the Sun his brush.
His
concern is the heart of
humanity.
He, of all men,
must see into the 'life' of
things.
Simplicity and repose are qualities that measure the
true value of any work
of art.
Simplicity is
not in itself an end nor is it a matter of the side of a barn but rather an
entity with a graceful beauty in its
integrity from which discord, and all that is meaningless, has been eliminated.
A wild
flower is truly simple.
I
know that the sense of an
organic architecture, once grasped, carries
with it in its very nature the
discipline of an
ideal at whatever cost to
self-interest or the established
order.
By organic architecture I
mean an architecture that develops from within outward in
harmony with the conditions of
its being.
A building should
appear to grow easily from its site and be shaped to
harmonize with its surroundings
if Nature is manifest there, and if not try
to make it as quiet, substantial and organic
as She would have been were the
opportunity
Hers.
Bring out the
nature of the
materials, let their
nature intimately into your
scheme.
Reveal the
nature of the wood, plaster, brick or stone
in your designs; they are all by
nature friendly and
beautiful.
To achieve
success in any degree means a serious
devotion to the "underneath" in
an attempt to grasp the nature of building a
beautiful building
beautifully, as
organically
true in itself, to itself and to its
purpose, as any
tree or
flower.
Nothing is more
difficult to achieve than the integral simplicity of
organic nature, amid the tangled
confusions of the innumerable relics
of form that encumber life for us.
The
'life' in the
thing is that quality of it or in it
which makes it perfectly
natural - of course that means
organic.
Therefore we will loyally
love, honestly work and enthusiastically seek in all
thing the one thing of
value - Life.
Many
wealthy people are little more than janitors of their
possessions.
According to
our strength of character and
our clarity of vision, we
will endure, we will succeed, we
will have contributed something to make life
where we were and as
we lived it
better, brighter, and more beautiful. - Frank Lloyd Wright,
American architect

This web site is not a commercial web site and
is presented for educational purposes only.
This website defines a new religious ideology to which its author adheres. The author feels that the falsification of reality outside personal experience has created a populace unable to discern propaganda from reality and that this has been done purposefully by an international corporate cartel through their agents who wish to foist a corrupt version of reality on the human race. Religious intolerance occurs when any group refuses to tolerate religious practices, religious beliefs or persons due to their religious ideology. This web site marks the founding of the religion aptly named The Truth of the Way of Life - a rational religion based on reason which requires no leap of faith, accepts no tithes, has no supreme leader, no church buildings and in which each and every individual is encouraged to develop a personal relation with God through the pursuit of the knowledge of reality in the hope of curing the spiritual corruption that has enveloped the human spirit. The tenets of The Truth of the Way of Life are spelled out in detail on this web site by the author. Violent acts against individuals due to their religious beliefs in America is considered a “hate crime.”
This web site in no way condones violence. To the contrary the intent here is to reduce the violence that is already occurring due to the international corporate cartels desire to control the human race. The international corporate cartel already controls the world central banking system, mass media worldwide, the industrial military complex of America and is responsible for the collapse of morals, the elevation of self-centered behavior and the destruction of global ecosystems. Civilization is based on cooperation. Cooperation does not occur at the point of a gun.
American social mores and values have declined precipitously over the last century as the corrupt international cartel has garnered more and more power. This power rests in the ability to deceive the populace in general through mass media by pressing emotional buttons which have been preprogrammed into the population through prior mass media psychological operations. The results have been the destruction of the family and the destruction of social structures that do not adhere to the corrupt international elites vision of a perfect world. Through distraction and coercion the direction of thought of the bulk of the population has been directed toward solutions proposed by the corrupt international elite that further consolidates their power and which further their purposes.
