The Operations Coordinating Board was a committee of the United States Executive created in 1953 by Dwight D. Eisenhower's Executive Order 10483. The Operations Coordinating Board, which reported to the National Security Council was responsible for integrating the implementation of national security policies across several agencies. The Operations Coordinating Board's membership was to include the Under Secretary of State, who was to chair the board, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Director of the Foreign Operations Administration, the Director of Central Intelligence, and the President's Special Assistant for Psychological Warfare. Also authorized to attend were the President's Special Assistant for National Security Affairs and the Director of the United States Information Agency.

The creation of the board was a recommendation of the Jackson Committee, chaired by William Harding Jackson, set-up to propose future United States Government information and psychological warfare programs. The same committee recommended the existing Psychological Strategy Board be abolished.

The Operations Coordinating Board was abolished by John F. Kennedy on February 19, 1961.

Operation Keehaul

To the contrary the intent here is to reduce the violence that is already occurring due to the international corporate cartels desire to control the human race. The results have been the destruction of the family and the destruction of social structures that do not adhere to the corrupt international elites vision of a perfect world. Through distraction and coercion the direction of thought of the bulk of the population has been directed toward solutions proposed by the corrupt international elite that further consolidates their power and which further their purposes.
