The Psychological Strategy
Board was established by a Harry S. Truman Presidential Directive of April
4, 1951.
"Directive to: the Secretary of State, the Secretary of
Defense, the Director of Central Intelligence: It is the purpose of this
directive to authorize and provide for the more effective planning,
coordination and conduct, within the framework of approved national
policies, of psychological operations. There is hereby
established a Psychological Strategy Board
responsible, within the purposes and terms of this directive, for the
formulation and promulgation, as guidance to the departments and agencies
responsible for psychological operations, of
over-all national psychological objectives, policies and programs, and for the
coordination and evaluation of the national psychological effort. The
Psychological Strategy Board will report to
the National Security Council on the Psychological Strategy Board's activities and on
its evaluation of the national psychological
operations, including implementation of approved objectives,
policies, and programs by the departments
and agencies concerned.
The Psychological
Strategy Board shall be composed of: a. The Undersecretary of State, the
Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the Director of Central Intelligence, or, in
their absence, their appropriate designees; b. An appropriate representative of
the head of each such other department or agency of the Government as may, from
time to time, be determined by the Board. The
Psychological Strategy Board shall designate
one of its members as Chairman. A representative of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
shall sit with the Psychological Strategy
Board as its principal military adviser in order that the
Board may ensure that its objectives,
policies and programs shall be related to
approved plans for military operations..."(I wonder who decided what to
approve - the syndicate of the
soulless perhaps!
The director and architect of the
Psychological Strategy Board was Gordon Gray.
Henry Kissinger was Gordon
Gray's consultant. Henry
Kissinger was also the paid political consultant to Rockefeller family.
Gordon Gray, Henry Kissinger,
and Rockefeller were members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Gordon Gray
served in the administrations of Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy,
Johnson, Nixon, and
Ford. Gordon Gray was heir to the R. J. Reynolds
tobacco fortune and President of the
University of North Carolina. Gordon Gray, a Yale alumni, was touted as a
broadcast and publication media
"specialist."
Dwight D. Eisenhower
signed Presidential Executive Order 10483 replacing the
Psychological Strategy Board with the
Operations Coordinating Board. (Does
not sound so bad!)

reality in the hope of curing the spiritual corruption that has enveloped the

detail on this web site by the author. Violent acts against individuals due to
their religious beliefs in America is considered a “hate
crime.”
This web site in no way condones violence. To the contrary
the intent here is to reduce the violence that is already occurring due to the
international corporate cartels desire to control the human race. The
international corporate cartel already controls the world central banking
system, mass media worldwide, the industrial military complex of America and is
responsible for the collapse of morals, the elevation of self-centered behavior
and the destruction of global ecosystems. Civilization is based on cooperation.
Cooperation does not occur at the point of a gun.
American social mores
and values have declined precipitously over the last century as the corrupt
international cartel has garnered more and more power. This power rests in the
ability to deceive the populace in general through mass media by pressing
emotional buttons which have been preprogrammed into the population through
prior mass media psychological operations. The results have been the
destruction of the family and the destruction of social structures that do not
adhere to the corrupt international elites vision of a perfect world. Through
distraction and coercion the direction of thought of the bulk of the population
has been directed toward solutions proposed by the corrupt international elite
that further consolidates their power and which further their purposes.
