911 : crossing the rubicon
The
following is a synopsis of Crossing the Rubicon by Michael C. Ruppert
who named Dick Cheney the prime
suspect in the crimes of 911.
MEANS:
Dick Cheney was Commander in
Chief on 911 calling the shots via Secret
Service.
* Secret Service has the legal authority to take supreme
command over all agencies in the United States in time of a national emergency
on US soil.
*
Secret
Service has the capstone
US technological
communication system.
*Secret Service had the technology
to see FAA radar screens in real time.
* Secret Service was in the
decision-making
loop as early as 8:15 am on 911, no later than 8:45 am.
*
Everything was in place on 911 for the Commander in Chief to have full supreme
control of the Air Force via the Secret Service communication systems and legal
mandate to take supreme command.
* Bush's Secret Service detail was in
full communication with Cheney's Secret Service agents in the PEOC
(Presidential Emergency Operations Center) as the 911 plot unfolded.
*
Dick Cheney was at the helm of State on
911.
MOTIVE: The
world is about to start running out of oil.
*
Half of the world's oil has
been, or is about
to be, exhausted.
* Once that midpoint is crossed,
every barrel of oil will be
harder to find, and more expensive, as demand grows.
* Controlling
remaining oil reserves is
the key to controlling the
world.
* Almost everything in modern society -
automobiles,
buildings,
bridges,
food,
weapons,
airplanes,
ships,
drugs,
consumer products,
pesticides, and much more
- consumes oil in its
manufacture, its
operation, or both.
* Cheap and abundant hydrocarbon energy keeps the global industrial
world warm and cooks our food. Most houses are heated with natural gas.
* We "eat" oil and natural gas: For every 1-calorie of food energy
produced, 10 calories of hydrocarbon energy is consumed.
* Four days
after becoming Vice President, Dick Cheney
convened the National Energy Policy Development Group (NEPDG).
*
Dick Cheney knew about Peak
Oil at least as early as 1999.
* 911 made possible, "The war that won't end in our
lifetimes."
This war is chasing the last remaining 'freedom
molecules' across the globe.
The "war on terror" is
in reality an energy and resource
war.
OPPORTUNITY: Dick
Cheney was managing multiple war games and terror drills on 911 that
paralyzed US Air Force response.
* In May of 2001
Dick Cheney was placed
directly in charge of managing the "seamless integration" of all training
exercises throughout
the federal
government and military agencies by
presidential mandate.
* The morning of 911 began with
multiple training exercises of war
games and terror drills which Cheney was placed in charge of managing.
* War games & terror drills included live-fly exercises with
military aircraft posing as hijacked aircraft, as well as simulated exercises
that placed "false blips" (radar injections indicating planes) on FAA radar
screens.
NORTHERN VIGILANCE pulled Air Force fighters into Canada in a
fake Russian attack, so very few fighters remaining on the east coast to
respond.
* An unknown individual or command center referred to by Major
Don Arias of NORAD as the
"maestro" coordinated the war games.
Maestro was Dick Cheney or General
Ralph "Ed" Eberhart.
* Coordinator of Air Force war games was under
the management and direction of Dick
Cheney, who was also in charge of managing a terror drill being set up on
the West Side of downtown New York on 911 titled Tripod 2.
This
exercise set up a command and control center on 911 that was configured exactly
like the one lost that morning in WTC
7.
It was the perfect command center to respond to the crisis, and
it was under Dick Cheney's
management before the hijackings occurred.

Dick Cheney was central in
deciding war games would take place.
US intelligence heard dozens of
warnings from foreign intelligence agencies indicating terrorists were planning to hijack civilian aircraft
and crash them into US targets on the ground
during the week of September 9th, 2001.

only been prepared under
military contract.

It was

major opposition with the aid of brother Nelson

overwhelming evidence to support these findings and others.
These
attacks were designed to consolidate
corporate global rule through the

system run by the New World

BC a royal official, Kuttamuwa, who oversaw completion of an
inscribed stone monument,
or stele, to be erected
upon his death.
The words instructed mourners to commemorate his life
and afterlife with feasts "for
my soul that is in this

Archaeologists discovered the Kuttamuwa's
Stele in ruins of the walled city Sam'al (now Zincirli) near the Syrian border.
Kuttamuwa's Stele provides the first written evidence of
people in this region which held the
religious concept of the soul apart from the body.
Semitic
contemporaries, including the Israelites, believed that the body and soul were
inseparable making cremation
unthinkable.
Kuttamuwa's Stele translates:
"I, Kuttamuwa,
servant of Panamuwa, am the one who oversaw the carving of this stele for
myself while still living.
I placed it in an eternal chamber and
established a feast at this chamber: a bull for
Adad, a ram for
Shamash and a ram
for my soul in this
stele."
Circumstantial evidence indicates
the people at
